Creating a consistent spatial brand experience for 30+ offices nationwide

The firm wanted a way to elevate their office spaces, increase recruitment and establish a cohesive brand experience.
A spatial branding plan told three storylines throughout each office: Global, Local, and Leadership. Unique branding elements were designed for each office to create a connection to the local community and allow the brand to evolve over time.
During the seven years that I worked with this brand, I was a core team member responsible for the design and implementation of 30+ workplaces throughout the upper 48 states.
Lead, create and present environmental graphics and wayfinding projects through the schematic design, design development and implementation stages.
Lead the fabrication process through bidding, vendor selection, budgeting, value engineering, sampling, scheduling, installation and punch listing.
Managed quality control for all aspects of the design and installation process. I was also the main client contact for a majority of the office locations.
