Streamlining user workflows for efficiency with valuable qualitative data insights

CLIENT:

A project management software product for the built environment.

CHALLENGE:

A once successful product offering was experiencing a significant decline in sales.

VALIDATE:
  • Interview users to learn why the product offering was ineffective
  • Study data analytics to discover where users are dropping off
  • Audit the existing user workflow by completing a heuristic review, focusing on where the data shows users dropping
UX SOLUTION:
  • Redesigned the user journey to be understandable and efficient
  • All visual and experience design updates were based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Updated the product offering to meet current market challenges
RESULT:

Product approved for redesign, expected to launch Q2 of 2023.
